This is a basic theme widget ready. It can be used a base to change backgrounds, fonts etc. I use it as a playground for new theme development. It comes with one sidebar for widgets. Sorry for not having a demo site, but you get can see the design from the image preview.
Free to download and use. You can remove links to this site (if any). Have fun!
